Dr. Hajar Lmortaji holds a double PhD in Education and Technology from the University of Lisbon and Mohammed V University. As Founder and Managing Director of Hagarinha Cognita, she fuses evidence-based learning science, EdTech strategy, and cross-cultural mediation translating complex cognitive research into digital systems and institutional strategy.
